We just stopped by this pet shop, and oh my gosh, it was such a nice surprise. The place felt so clean—like, really well-kept, you know? It’s not something you always notice at pet stores, but here it just stood out. And the staff, wow, they were super warm and friendly—like the kind of people who actually seem to enjoy being there. Even though we didn’t stay long, the vibe was great. Felt really welcoming, and honestly, it made me wish I lived closer so I could come by more often!

I walked into this pet store after a friend recommended it. Oh man, it's so clean—I noticed that right away. The staff? Super patient. I had like a million questions about pet food quality (I’m picky, lol), and they took their time explaining everything without rushing me. Felt really nice!

I rather enjoyed this place. I’m an animal lover myself so seeing the pets encaged kind of worried me but they looked well groomed and taken care of. No signs of any foul play or mistreatment. They have an adoption center in the front corner of the store right by the entrance where you go through a long process before actually adopting a cat or dog depending on availability, preference etc. there are a bunch of workers ready to help you anytime and are pretty kind and quick to help. The store kind of smells bad though considering all the animal food and excrement but the floors are polished almost hourly and there is a nice lingering lemon scent in the midst of things. The prices could use a bit tweaking but they make pretty good business and tend to sell out pretty quick. It’s a first come first serve basis where they have good 15%-35% on specific days and deals if you are a petco loyal valued customer. The most popular are among the birds and aquatic section where most kids stare by the clean glass cages at awe of the animals begging their parents to buy one or a couple. There are pet owners everywhere so you will see a bunch of dogs roaming around looking for a treat or something to play. They are located in a shopping strip mall just on the outskirts of northern boulevard with an abundant access to a parking lot so showing up isn’t a problem. I really did love this place and treat as if it’s the “apple” of pet stores mostly because they have all the brands from a wide variety and unequivocally give access to an excess of knowledge regarding animal care from trained experts all around. They even have a veterinary center located within the store for your pet needs.

Fraud !!! Be careful !! Took my pet for grooming last week , they offered happy during the day Happy hours pricing was very confusing - nail trimming $7 (regular price $12) - nail trimming and buffing $13 (regular price $18) I ended up got charged for $20 for trimming and buffing which was more expensive than regular price I asked the assistant , she explain that during the happy hours buffing and trimming were separated, and buffing only would cost $13 , nail trimming would be $7 ?!?! So what’s the point of the happy hours ? If these two were separated during the happy hours , you should be more honest by indicate clearly on your flyers that buffing only was $13. She told me to come in on the hours that is not happy hours because the happy hours would cost more !!! On your poster also shows trimming and buffing $13 though Scam
