This store is awesome. Have all I need for my dog and my cat. I’m really happy with the variety and quality they offer. Prices are really good and the customer service was amazing. Really happy with my visit.

Great experiences here! Especially because of a really lovely and helpful lady there who truly cares about customer service. I know it’s a chain store but the experience feels like a small business where the staff remembers you and makes you feel like a valued customer. Great job!

Love Petopia ! They have same day delivery free of charge and you almost always get it with in 2 hours of you ordering . They are always so patient and friendly . I am a huge fan of this pet store . There prices are better then petco and PetSmart . Keep Up the great work you are so part of this community ❤️

Shop anywhere else but this store. Items are overpriced. I compared the prices against many online and physical stores. They are priced 10% and higher. In addition, their return policy is not customer friendly. They operate like forever 21 that accepts exchanges ONLY. No return. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I will make sure to inform every one in my neighborhood. We should NOT support any businesses that does not look out for their customers.
