Hazel did a fab job on my Chihuahua/Shih Tzu/Poodle’s skinny nails with overgrown quicks. We’ll be back to see her every two weeks to get them under control. And Hazel’s sweet as pie!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with PetSmart and commend the incredible team that has taken care of my American Bully, Winter. Amber has been an exceptional groomer, always taking fantastic care of Winter and ensuring she looks her best. While I'm saddened that Amber's schedule no longer allows for Saturday appointments, I was pleasantly surprised when Vinessa stepped in to take over Winter's grooming. Vinessa has been absolutely fabulous! We never have to wait at check-in, and Winter is always ready within a couple of hours. Both Amber and Vinessa have truly gone above and beyond in their care. I must also mention Krystal, the store manager, who has an amazing personality. From the moment we arrived, Krystal greeted both Winter and me with a warm smile and even offered Winter several different treats until she found one she liked. Krystal's professionalism and friendliness make every visit to PetSmart an absolute joy. At this particular location, Winter is treated like a VIP, and I'm just along for the ride. It's always a pleasure shopping at PetSmart and having Winter's grooming needs met. Every single groomer and the dog trainer treat Winter with such care and love, and it warms my heart to see how they all go above and beyond. Winter absolutely loves it, and I couldn't be prouder. Thank you to the entire team for making our visits so special!

Kentucky has never felt softer and is a million pounds lighter after Hazel deshed and trimmmed him! he seemed really relaxed and comfortable with her! Highly recommend, will be having her take care of my big baby again!

A pretty good size pet store, went in order to see the adoptable cats. They only had 2 to look at today, the employee said something about they’re being on a 3rd circuit or something, not sure what that means. Usually there’s about 2 or so cats here to see, who look like they’re in an ok condition. They have a good array of toys and beds and accessories for cats. I don’t have a dog so I can only speak to the cat stuff :) I’m a little worried for the fish they have there, some of the tropical fish look kinda depressed..

Several fish were kept in small plastic containers with very little water and no filtration. Some of them were completely motionless and did not respond to movement or touch. It looked like they were either severely stressed or suffocating If you own this store, do something!!! If you visit this store please speak up to the employees
