Phở Best III

First time eating pho. First time eating Vietnamese cuisine. My sister tried it the day before and loved it. She insisted I tried it too. It was definitely different but I enjoyed it. The Soup is very filling. I loved the tea. I'm not too crazy about the seating cause everyone is on top of each other. My sister wants to go back. Maybe I'll try something different next time.

It was recommended, the usual big portion for americans, however the pho we had was not hot, otherwise ot would’ve been great. The spring rolls were exceptional

The food is pretty good in this restaurant, they have decent pho noodles, chicken over rice, and spring rolls. However, the staff’s attitude is nasty and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. The staff seemed annoyed and even upset especially when bringing food and items on our table, almost slamming every thing without saying excuse or the slightest announcement to be presentable. The staff never said anything to us except taking our order, not offering a glass of water unless we asked for it, or simply asking us if everything is okay. When it was time to pay, everyone suddenly became overly friendly and happy, thanking me multiple times while pulling out my card to pay. When I only put a $5 tip on my $50 bill, the smiling dropped and the thanking stopped. They asked if the service was bad and I told them that it was okay, it was definitely below the bare minimum but was still trying to be nice. After getting my receipt, all the stuff started crowding before the door and started harassing my friends and I on what went wrong or if the customer was really that bad for them to receive a $5 tip. I personally thought that $5 was being generous. They kept on harassing us by raising their voices and antagonizing us as we try to exit the restaurant causing a scene. They asked us if they should fire their co-worker for such a bad service which we thought was so unnecessary and rude. I would love to go back to this place because they have some really good food, but because of the staff behavior and this experience, will never be coming back nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. Do better and be grateful.

The guy at the cashier is very rude and zero customer service skill. I often go there in but this time I went to pick it up, made me wait 15 min after he said the order was ready for pick up. I waited even though I was double parked with zero complaint. When it comes to them giving the wrong order, he was telling me to bring it back. I just drove to pick it up, they messed up and they should be coming to pick it up. The Filet mignon was smelling old and not the regular style which we normally get in the store which we informed him. I have been going there for many years, but now I will not be going there anymore. Food quality has gone down and person who is supposed to handle customer service is just too ignorant and rude. No wonder why they have less than 4 star.

REPORTING THIS PLACE TO GET SHUT DOWN. My friend and I stopped here this evening for pho and ordered two shrimp and mixed vegetables. We got home and started eating our bowls and we found a nasty bug in our food! This is completely unsanitary and disgusting. How does a bug in end up in here? We are disgusted and feeling sick. Please do not order from here
