My physical therapy appointment was amazing! I felt relief right away from the exercises we did during my first session. After today, I truly realized how delicate the spine is and how important it is to stretch and take care of it. I knew this before, but I did not fully understand just how much the spine, nerves, and discs control every part of the body. When the spine is bruised or irritated, you feel it everywhere else. I am really looking forward to my upcoming appointments and continuing this healing journey.
Super professional massage and acupuncture. I loved all the warm treatments：cupping moxibustion, heat packs, red bean packs, hot stones, and hot towels. It instantly warms you up and feels amazing, especially during these cold days. Plus, they accept insurance and a lot of plans are covered. Will definitely come back!
