I brought in my iPhone and iPad for repair. I replaced my iPhone camera glass lense and iPad screen glass, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, honest, and very fast—both devices were fixed the same day and now work perfectly, like new. Prices were fair, and they explained everything clearly. Honestly , the worst phone repair store I've ever laid eyes on. Most of the positive reviews here are fake and my experience with this store proves why: I asked the store owner through the phone how much it would be to get my Phone screen replaced and he told me $130 but by the time I arrive there, he charged me $150 And looked at me like I was crazy when I said That that was the incorrect price They charge $200 - $300 for a proper phone screen replacement. Other phone repair stores don't do this. The last time I got my phone screen replaced ( CORRECTLY ) it cost $120 and it was the proper screen replacement. It seems like if you don't have 300 out of your pocket, the store just gives you a terrible screen replacement Ever since my phone has gotten replaced by This store, it has led to glitches, weird visuals on my screen, and breaks very easily. My last reason as to why this is a terrible phone repair store is that after I left a review on their bad service last year, the owner of the store would not stop calling me until I deleted my negative review about it. They told me that they would not give me a refund unless I deleted my negative review ( SHEESH ) This lets me know that the reason why There are no bad reviews on this store is because the owner has been manipulating the reviews to avoid getting a bad look. None of the less, the service is terrible here. ( EDIT : and also don't even bother listening to the store owners response to bad reviews. All they do is lie and say that they searched your name up on the system and they couldn't find it. They put up a very fake professional act while running a poor business. )
