What an oasis of healing and harmony in the midst of one of the most stressful if not primarily chaotic cities on this planet. You enter and are greeted with respect and unbridled affection by Carolina. It was a privilege to see how she graciously and sincerely interacts with persons of all ages, beliefs, backgrounds and philosophical perspectives. In an era characterized by faceless technology and interminable statistics, we tend to forget that businesses and institutions are made of human beings who are not all falsely ingratiating. You then meet Dr. Lee who is a lovely gentleman and master physical therapist. His listening skills are exemplary, and the stretching session was unique. You are gently yet powerfully stretched. In writing, I can state that muscles I did not know existed were activated and decompressed. I noticed an immediate improvement in my posture and a desire to make modifications when using a computer or being more cognizant of sitting times to ensure maintaining the improvements. When you are stretched with so much caring intelligence, you realize that peace is as dynamic as it is soothing in nature. The therapeutic massage is also wonderful. It is not rushed, and you are reminded of how slow progress may be more salubriously long-lasting in nature. Unlike artists who play fast just to show off, the practitioners here understand that it takes humble dedication as well as mastery to sing and phrase a slow song beautifully as did Sinatra for example. Here, your sense of physical and psychological relaxation results in your recuperative spirit floating and soaring like a beautiful melody. After your session seamlessly ends, you feel grounded yet ready to fly as you relish in optimum skeletal health.
