Absolutely amazing! Attentive, caring, knowledgable and passionate. I have been doing physical therapy for a while post-surgery and my time here produced noticeable progress. It was the push I needed at a perfect time. I miss going every week, but when our sessions ended, I feel confident I now have a better understanding on what exercises to continue working on - and with better form than before. Thanks again!

This past summer I sprained both my ankles within a few weeks of each other. I was recommended this clinic for physical therapy by my doctor. From the moment I stepped into the clinic the staff made me feel completely at ease. My physical therapist took the time to really listen — not just to what happened, but also to what my goals were. Each session felt purposeful. The therapists were patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. By the end of my treatment, I was walking again without pain.

I had a hernia surgery, and I was referred by friends to this small clinic in the middle of Chinatown. At first, I was skeptical because I did not have much success at another PT clinic that was referred by my primary doctor. Upon entering the clinic, I was impressed by the level of expertise and knowledge demonstrated by the entire team. Grace, AJ and Patrick, the three therapists, are not only highly skilled but also deeply passionate about what they do. They took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explain the treatment plan, and address any concerns I had along the way. Their personalized approach to care made me feel seen as a patient, and I could sense their genuine commitment to helping me achieve my recovery. I was seeing them for my hip flexor pain post op, and now I go there for my shoulder pain as well. They gave me specific exercises to rehabilitate and strengthen my body that I never knew about before. Overall, my experience here surpassed all expectations. The level of care, expertise, and compassion exhibited by the team truly sets them apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Grace and Patrick and AJ and their assistant Shirley to anyone in need of physical therapy services. The staff and therapists are so nice. Well training, treat patients passionately. After two weeks physical therapy, I felt my mobility improved 💪 a lot. Thank you so much for Kennedy Reyes and Grace Chang, PT!!

This isn't a rehab clinic where you'll find the latest, swankiest machines to aid you in your rehab, where the burned-out staff will rush you out because they are pressed to make ludicrous patient quotas to pay for all those machines and boost corporate profits. Come here for the intelligent, well-trained, compassionate physical therapists and staff. There is feeling of warm welcome at this clinic, with thread worn furniture here and there that makes it oddly homey. I can understand why they have a loyal clientele of Chinese grandmas and grandpas. I’ve even chatted with the other patients many times—it’s that kind of a place. And mixed in is a good number of non- Chinese patients who are smart enough to know how having talented, caring pts and assistants can be instrumental in effective rehab. The staff speak English well, and different Chinese dialects and even Tagalog. And let’s talk more about the staff. I was referred here to Patrick Chang, who recommended a cane when he first diagnosed me. A cane wasn’t even mentioned by my orthopedic surgeon, and this cane saved me from falling again, twice. Just so you know, my orthopedic surgeon of great renown, had never seen me walk, nor had he or his assistant ever asked me to. Patrick did, and made me realize many things. I did my rehab with Grace, and mostly with A.J. Grace can be a stern taskmaster when she wants to push a patient, and yet astute enough to not force you to overdo anything. Most of my rehab was managed by A.J., who is gentle, knowledgeable and effective. There are some seniors there who I swear come just for A.J.’s massages, and his kind manner with patients. Then there’s Shirley, who would be great in a Tarantino film as a badass, whip wielding rehab momma with the deadpan expression who will suddenly break into a smile. This crew will work you, but they all understand about limits—your safety is stressed all the time, especially by that tough marshmallow, Shirley. So if you need physical therapy, put yourself in the hands of a team of extremely likable people who truly care about their patients and are skilled enough to help you to recover. I’ve always thought physical therapy was a waste of time, based on my experiences. The staff here has changed my mind.
