PiaoXiang Restaurant 飘香小馆

Came here for the first time and was blown away by the service. The owner and staff are incredibly attentive and make you feel right at home. The restaurant has a lovely, warm interior that makes it great for a quiet meal with family. Their fish is one of my favorite dishes.

Tasty new restaurant on northern! Good for both solo dining and group meals. The squid over rice was full of flavor and the beef skewers had just the right amount of tenderness. The service was also 10/10 and they recommended I try the fish next time!

Delicious family run restaurant. I tried the Mala soup which was so tasty I took the remaining broth home. I also like that the fish filet was not fried. We also had a few skewers (very nice flavor), the cucumber salad and the beef with sour cabbage soup. Would definitely return. The menu is a bit vast so it’s hard to choose, but everything we ate was very good.

This place is newly opened !! Highly recommend. The potato noodle is hand made and so bouncy/chewy. The fish is also very fresh and delicious . The people there is also very attentive. I will come back .

We found this place online and decided to try it for Yanbian/Northeastern-style food. We ordered 4 dishes and overall it was a great experience. The cold marinated clams was something I’d never tried before — it seemed like it might be frozen, but the flavor was actually pretty good and it was fun to try something new. The pork bone & pickled cabbage soup was super worth it — lots of meat, really tender, and very comforting. The spicy chicken feet tasted great but was honestly too spicy for us (spicy lovers will love it). The garlic spicy whole sea bass was the best dish by far. The flavor was so unique, and the shredded potatoes underneath were soaked in sauce, super tasty, and still crunchy. Ordering is done on a tablet and the food came out fast. The owner even came by during the meal to check on us — really friendly and polite. Highly recommended!
