Planet Han Chinese

I have sent two of my children now to the preschool program, as well as other classes, at Planet Han. There really is no better place , especially on UES or UWS, for students to achieve Chinese fluency than here. The teachers are caring, and the day is always structured in a fun and productive way. It is an excellent and gentle introduction to a more structured school environment with Mandarin immersion. Once my children started attending Planet Han consistently, I saw how much their comprehension and speaking skills improved. The program is also very flexible. If your child goes to another 2 days or 3 days a week program, Planet Han preschool is a very good choice for the remaining days of the week.

I am now on my second year with Planet Han East Side location. Other than the outstanding care provided and increased comprehension and speaking skills from their Mandarin immersion environment (which we’ve seen amazing results in just one year), my daughter loves her teachers and can’t wait to go every morning. The cherry on top of what we had already seen from our daughter in her interaction with our Mandarin-speaking friends, was seeing the photos and videos of our daughter learning such an array of topics (life skills, sports, arts and crafts, art history, cooking) at the end of the year. Amazing program and run excellently. Logistically, also very easy and accommodating on makeups (which is amazing)!
