Had my jumpsuit for my wedding tailored, and they did a great job in a short amount of time! Unfortunately they lost the hanger that I brought (which was a bummer), so make sure the one you bring isn't one you'll care for if lost.

This place consistently provides a great experience. They’re quick, responsive, and know who we are. Our work always turns out great.

I was looking for a decent laundromat in Astoria or LIC as I wear linens and wools quite a lot throughout the year. I found this place on a google search- there was a 50% off promotion going on, their website was clean, and also I liked their delivery service so decided to give it a shot. Because it was my first time, for me it was not clear how to leave my stuff at the lobby (wish there were a step by step guideline for the first-timers) so I had to ask them. Also I think they should get us the total price first before making the payment even though the prices are mentioned on the website. It took couple days longer than I thought but service in general was good. I had a lot of items dry cleaned and they were packaged really nicely when dropped at my apartment. I think I’ll use them again next time. (Please do more promos!)

Convenient, expensive and very poor job. I come in with about 50-150 of dry cleaning at least once a month and I always got my clothes back with stains. The first few times I just got them out myself, then I actually mentioned something to one of the gentlemen there that completely ignored me and changed the topic. Another time I brought it in for a re-do becuase enough is enough and here I am again washing stains off myself. They clearly don’t check the clothes for stains. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Convenience is not enough.

I got a Tom Borwne short-sleeved knit dry-cleaned at Plaza cleaner. The knit has been a month since I got it for my birthday. As you can see from the first picture, it was a new product, but the patch was stained like that, and the fourth line of the arm was also stained, so I asked them redone it. They returned it to me after dry cleaning again, and when I checked it, they just exchanged the patch for another one like the 2nd picture and the arm part is still unresolved. I complained to them about this, and they told me that the patch is genuine and that it doesn't matter if I just wear it. When I asked for compensation, they continued to react in a way that they were not at fault. Their communication method and customer service seem to be the worst. If you are going to dry-clean expensive clothes, please read my review and judge it well. I recomend don’t waste your money, time and emotion.
