PM Pediatric Urgent Care

This was my first visit to PM Pediatrics of Bensonhurst, and it definitely won’t be my last. The doctor was absolutely amazing. The entire process was very fast, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I would recommend this place ten times over!

Lovely experience for urgent care issue. Wait time was reasonable. Staff were super friendly and professional. I felt my kid was in great caring loving hands. Would definitely return to this magical place when another urgent care need arises. 100% recommended!

We wish we didn’t have to frequent urgent care so often but with this flu & cold season being what it is.. it has become unavoidable. With that being said, we love this PM Pediatrics Location. It is always very clean inside. The front office staff are all lovely and kind. They work quickly & efficiently. We have never had to wait a long time to be seen. We really like Dr. Sonam Kapoor. She has such wonderful bedside manner, is so knowledgeable, patient and great with kids! She takes the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions.

Extremely unpleasant front desk. She cared more about looking at alerts on her cell phone rather than looking me in the eye because I had to repeat the same question twice. No complaints about wait time which is understandable since it’s sick season and it’s an urgent setting. First impression matters. The doctor was friendly and patient.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The office was clean, there were no other patients, and the wait time was short. Dr. Dawson was very kind and attentive, and the nurse was great as well. However, the front desk staff member was a complete disaster. From the moment we walked in, she didn’t even look up when we greeted her and acted as if she was annoyed to be there. At the end of our visit, I specifically asked her to change the pharmacy because ours was closed for the holiday. She said “okay,” but still sent the prescription to the pharmacy on file, completely ignoring my request. As a result, I went to the pharmacy with my sick daughter who had a fever, only to find out they never received the prescription. I then had to return to the medical office because I couldn’t reach anyone by phone and had to ask again for the prescription to be sent to the correct pharmacy. You should seriously reconsider having this person at the front desk.
