I had the absolute best experience getting my hair extensions done by Ashley! Being a long time client has allowed me to witness so many fabulous transformations over the years. Her talent, patience, attention to detail, and ability to completely elevate someone’s look never cease to amaze me. Prior to the application Ashley took the time to explain the different types of extensions and helped me choose the perfect length and shade match, and made sure the final look would blend seamlessly with my natural hair. The application itself was meticulous and not rushed at all. You can truly tell that Ashley cares about her craft and pays attention to every tiny detail. The extensions feel lightweight, secure, and incredibly natural. No discomfort, no pulling — just beautiful, flawless results. The transformation honestly exceeded my expectations. My hair looks fuller, longer, and so naturally blended that even my closest friends can’t tell where my real hair ends and the extensions begin! Been coming to POSH for many years and see Casi exclusively for my haircuts. She’s always going the extra mile for all my requests. It’s never a miss. Love the products they use on your hair. Favorite part is the shampoo and wash because they literally give you a massage. It’s the most relaxed I feel when getting a haircut. Will continue coming here!

I got my hair done by Ashley and she was amazing! I showed her a few pictures of the color I wanted, and she was able to transform my natural brown hair into a beautiful copper shade — all without using bleach!! I also got a deep treatment to help nourish my very curly, dry hair and it made a big difference. My curls feel soft, healthy, and full of life. On top of that, I got a fresh haircut that brought everything together perfectly. I’m so happy with the results and absolutely love my new look. Highly recommend Ashley!

I took my 7-year-old daughter in for a haircut. She has long, curly hair, so I understand it can require extra work. The stylist, Ashley, did a wonderful job — I truly appreciated her patience and skill. However, the issue was with pricing transparency and customer service at the front desk. At no point before or during the appointment was I informed what the haircut would cost. When it was time to pay, I was told the total was $125, which already felt quite high for a child’s haircut, but I paid it. After reviewing the charge on my card, I noticed the total had increased to $135. When I asked about the change, the receptionist over the phone was rude, dismissive, and condescending rather than explaining the charges clearly. The haircut itself was great, but the lack of upfront pricing and poor handling of a reasonable question left a bad experience. I recommend confirming pricing beforehand or considering another salon to avoid surprises.
