I highly recommend coming here! I’ve never had a negative experience with Dr. Yang during my eye exams or with the customer service when purchasing glasses. Dr. Yang is very knowledgeable and always asks if I have any questions or concerns after each checkup. He never rushes me out of his office, even though the store can get very busy. I think this shows that he genuinely cares about his patients and customers. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I’m grateful to have someone I can trust with my eyes. I also recommended it to my parents a few years ago, and they continue to come annually for their eye exams and new frames.

Best eye doctor in town! Dr. Xia is knowledgeable and competent, pays great attention to detail, explains everything clearly, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Always look forward to my next visit. Also friendly and welcoming office staff. Highly recommend!

Rude and unprofessional Front Desk Staff I am extremely disappointed with the front desk service at this eye care clinic. I have tried calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, and each time the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment, she told me she was “busy” and asked why I was disturbing her. I explained that I was calling because I did not want to come in and wait for hours, but instead of helping, she started shouting and again questioned why I was calling. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any medical office. The receptionist was dismissive, disrespectful, and clearly uninterested in doing her job. It gave the impression that she is extremely frustrated and taking it out on patients. What makes this more disappointing is that I previously had a good experience with the doctor, which is why I wanted to return. Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff is driving customers away and reflects very poorly on the practice. This office seriously needs a more professional, courteous, and customer-focused person at the front desk. Otherwise, they will continue to lose patients because of this behavior.

Customer service is horrific. The glasses purchased had a rose color added and look how it didn't stay! We asked if we could pay for a new lens as we don’t want a whole new pair of glasses but they were YELLING and so unprofessional to my 80 year old parents. Stay far away! As they do not stand behind their products.
