I cannot say enough good things about Yulia— she is truly exceptional at what she does. Incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate, she takes the time to listen, educate, and personalize care in a way that’s rare to find. It’s clear she’s deeply committed to her patients and to staying current in dermatology. Titles aside, her skill and clinical judgment speak for themselves. I trust her completely and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for expert, thoughtful skin care.

Yuliya was extremely kind and helpful, so accommodating and understanding of what was bothering me, truly can’t recommend enough!

They don't care about the patient. They are here just to make money. They made me return to a few appointments. Which I never had in the past when treating the same issue. And by the end their treatment didn't even help.

I do not recommend Tarsis. She seems rushed and uninterested in helping you as a patient. If it were up to her, she would spend only five minutes addressing my skincare concerns. She was already saying, 'Anything else? Well, thank you for coming,' before I even finished. I had to stop her and explain that I came for multiple skin issues. Especially if you're seeking help for acne, I suggest going to a good dermatologist. I had to ask her question after question to get her to evaluate my skin properly. She didn't even recommend a cleanser or provide instructions on what types of products to avoid or use to prevent acne. I also asked her if she could evaluate my skin to determine my skin type, so I could know if the products I brought for her to review were even working. Her response was, 'I don’t know, maybe you have this type of skin.' How can a dermatologist with 20+ years of experience not know? This lady needs to retire already. She only cares about getting paid for the least amount of time she spends with you, and that’s it.

I would not recommend this facility. I booked a first time appointment and the only availability they had was 3 months out. I waited patiently as my hormonal acne increased. My appointment was for 4PM and I made it there by 3:45. They told me to wait until 4 and tarsis would call me in. At 4:15 they still didn’t call me in and I had an important event for school at 8 PM. So I asked them how long it would take. They said well tarsis still has 4 people ahead of you so you might wait a while. I was annoyed because what’s the point for an appointment then. They then suggested I can meet with the nurse who is a derm specialist. I said fine but again was annoyed because I waited 3 months for my appointment. Then the nurse didn’t ask me anything about my skin, history, what I use, what irritates it, if I have sensitive skin or not and just prescribed me the most ridiculous regime. Said I should use benzoyl peroxide everyday and tretinoin every other day. I don’t have to be a dermatologist to know that those are very tough products to the skin and should be used and introduced to the skin slowly. Not only that but she wanted me to start with tretinoin 0.5 instead of the beginner dose of 0.25. I work in healthcare and I know about evil workers who worsen your issues so you can come back and pay more money. On top of that she only spent like 5 minutes with me. Anyways very disorganized and uncaring workers at this facility. When I was leaving I also heard them talking about me. Not sure of everything they said but they whispered something and they laughed and I heard enough to know they were talking about me. Overall do not recommend this facility at all, very unorganized, rude, and just want your money
