On May 7th, 2025 I was told by Premium Merchant Funding that I was approved for $150,000 in funding and was referred to another company to sign documents. Before signing, I was explicitly told there would be no hard credit pull in, which in fact was in writing. That statement was false—a hard inquiry was placed on my credit without my consent. When I raised this issue, Ernesto Morenjo stated: “Someone using my company’s name term-sheeted you into a fake deal and damaged your credit.” I provided Ernesto with all documentation he requested and written proof showing exactly who I worked with, what was said, the approvals provided, and the representations made. Ernesto connected me with his superior; Mason Kashat. None of the information that I provided Ernesto was received by Mason. Mason was extremely rude and disrespectful and said have your attorney contact me-and outright refused to help or rectify the situation. This experience caused damage to my credit, wasted time, and involved fraud and misleading representations. Based on the documentation and conduct involved, we are pursuing legal action for fraudulent activity connected to Premium Merchant Funding, including but not limited claims of: Fraud or misrepresentation Negligence Violation of the FCRA Breach of contract I strongly caution anyone considering working with this company to proceed carefully, verify everything in writing, and be aware of the potential for misrepresentation and unauthorized credit damage.

This company repeatedly cold calls me despite being told multiple times to remove my number. When I finally answered to ask them to stop, the representative was rude and dismissive. Completely unprofessional behavior and a total disregard for basic courtesy and do-not-call requests. I would not recommend doing business with a company that operates this way.
