Super quick and friendly, respectful of privacy without having to shout your birthday like other pharmacies. Willing to hold your medication for awhile until you can pick up

I’ve been here for many years, pretty much since they opened. The customer service is a hit or miss, depends on who you’re dealing with, but mostly good. So far, only the female Pharmacist wasn’t that nice to me. It’s a busy pharmacy, but contrary to other reviews, the wait is usually quite short. Since doctors do eRx nowadays, the meds are usually ready by the time I get there. The Cantonese speaking front desk lady is the nicest to me actually. I’ve never seen her with an attitude. Also, they do pick up calls, unless it’s after hours. This pharmacy carries a good variety/amount of meds. The pharmacy that I went to before this sometimes didn’t have my med & I had to wait for a day or two for them to order. This rarely happens at Premium Pharmacy. Wish they have a wider variety of OTC products for sale though. I like that there is a small seating area for customers to sit while waiting for prescriptions. Not many pharmacies in Flushing have that. Overall 5 stars from me. I recommend!

ALWAYS CHECK THE MEDICINE BEFORE LEAVING. They never have your medicine, forget it, or forces you to get the medicine the day you run out. I called and they confirmed they had a certain medicine in stock, I go there 15 minutes later and they didn’t give it to me. Workers try their best but something is just off about this pharmacy.

horrible attitude！！Especially a Cantonese speaking lady.In front of the guests who don't know Cantonese, she often uses Cantonese to say some abusive words.I'm a spectator, and I don't think that should happen.As a worker, you should try your best to help your customers. Some of them are old people. They don't know much about professional things, so you should be more patient.If I can rate 0 star, I will rate it !

Enter only if you are Chinese. Terrible customer service, never pick up the phone and the voicemail memory is full. Like what other say, super long wait. I am transferring my prescription. There are a lot of pharmacy around. Can't deal with these rude people.
