Preschool 'R' Us III, Inc

My daughter has the amazing opportunity to be apart of this school. When I toured the school 2 years ago I was blown away by how clean and organized the facility was. All classes were on scheduled timeline with plenty of activities and lessons. They also have their own kitchen to ensure all the children are provided with nutritious meals. The teachers and site directors are very proactive and informative in keeping all parents informed on what the children are learning and what is happening at the school. My daughter is on her second year here and I wished they offered more grades so I can keep her there. It’s truly an amazing facility offering a great start for my daughter into an educational environment.

My little boy graduated from preschool r us (elmhurst) 2 years ago. Luckily, the school offers afterschool program until 6pm which is very convenient for working parents. They offer children fresh snacks and bilingual classes after 3pm which is a great opportunity for my boy to learn some Chinese. When my boy first attended this school, my wife and I were worried not knowing how are the teachers or if my child is safe and adjusted in the new environment. The directors kept in touch with me during the first week of school and provided me with pictures of my boy throughout the day. As a parent, it is not easy to hand their child over to a place that you are not familiar with. We decided to give preschool r us a shot and they didn’t disappoint us. Another great thing about this place is that hot meals are cooked on site. We love this because my boy is a big fan of Chinese food and they serve rice 2-3x a week along with other varieties. My 2022 daughter is going to apply for 3k soon and I decided to put her back in preschool r us 3. We personally think it’s a great school in the neighborhood.

So far the best one in the area. I have toured many others and I personally feel that this school is pretty good. A lot of people around here complimented this school and highly recommended. It’s been a month in and my daughter loves the friendly environment. The only problem I have is the waitlist is very very long. We had to wait a while to get their offer.

My son attended the 3K program here in 2024 and loved it! Now he’s in Pre-K at the same school, and we’re just as happy. The teachers are kind, caring, and always helpful. He has learned so much and is always excited to go to school. I really appreciate the regular updates and photos—it’s so nice to see what the kids are doing each day. The school is always clean, and the staff does a great job keeping parents informed. Highly recommend!

As a parent of a child who attended the Pre-K program at Preschools R Us 3 this past year, I unfortunately cannot say we had a positive experience. We were deeply disappointed with both the level of education provided and the overall care and attention given to our child. Throughout the school year, there was minimal academic progress, and it was evident that our child did not receive the foundational skills necessary to confidently enter kindergarten. The classroom environment felt passive, and we saw very little engagement or intentional teaching. As a result, we now have to spend a significant amount of time over the summer helping our child catch up. Communication from the teaching staff Ms. Adela and Ms. Jin, was inconsistent and often last-minute. We believe it is essential for parents to be informed promptly about incidents or accidents involving their child—not just during pickup time. Unfortunately, that level of transparency was lacking. Administrative support for the teachers also seemed limited. We noticed that a lot of time and attention was spent accommodating families who requested access to the classroom cameras, which often caused congestion in the office area and made it difficult for other parents to ask questions or express concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, the classroom schedule was inconsistent and did not reflect what was originally shared or expected. We later learned that other families had similar concerns, which makes it clear that these issues were not isolated. While we hoped for a nurturing, engaging, and communicative preschool experience, this year at Preschools R Us 3 did not meet our expectations. We hope the program takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements for the sake of future families.
