only one person in the office and taking his own time and speaking his own language and ignoring everyone sitting down and waiting . Cmom owner fix this problem or you went to Nepal ?

They never pickup your call. Once they file your tax than its hard to reach out to them. I was totally shocked when i was Infront of their office I call the number given in the website phone was ringing continuously and when i went inside the office, there was a person by the phone he was ignoring the call. They are so irresponsible even though they are good at filing the tax. Your management should fix this or remove the phone number from the website.
