Prince Pharmacy

Best pharmacist and staffs on duty. I love the services I received at this independent pharmacy. I will be a regular patient at this pharmacy.

Prince Pharmacy is a very pleasant place to work with. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they consistently call me when my prescriptions are ready, which I really appreciate. What stands out most is their reliability. When a doctor prescribes a specific medication, Prince Pharmacy fills exactly what’s ordered. There’s no switching to alternatives without explanation, which is something I’ve experienced at larger chain pharmacies. When you’re expecting a specific medication, that consistency matters. I’ve never had issues with prescriptions here, and everything is handled smoothly and professionally.

Very clean location and helpful staff.

I bought a thermometer here as my wife was unwell as we were travelling through. Thermometer was faulty but they would not exchange it for a working one or refund. Instead suggested I call the manufacturer to get a replacement or refund. Not much help when you are flying home in a couple of days!

I came to this pharmacy on my baby’s first doctors appointment to pick up her vitamin D, with six time refills. The first visit was fine, but when I came the second time and third time for refill, they couldn’t locate my babies information and keep on asking me if it was the first visit. (Refills have to be the same pharmacy, so I can’t do anything about it but going back...) Today I have another prescription for my baby, and it was suppose to send to the CVS pharmacy near my house. However doctors office send it to Prince Pharmacy again. (Found out that b/c I came to cvs, and they didn’t receive my babies prescription) I called in to doctors office and they send over the prescription to cvs, however i still can’t pick it up because Prince Pharmacy already process through insurance. And then I started calling request them to cancel it on their side, so I can pick it up at cvs. BUT NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL!!! There’s about 2-3 person at the front counter receiving orders, I don’t think you guys are this busy! I have been calling for the past 40 mins. As I finish writing this review, still no one picks up the call.... and I have to walk home now. Hopefully you guys pick up the call when I call tmr! I’m glad that this is not some urgent medication I need for my baby.
