Prince Tea House ｜Dessert Shop | Afternoon Tea Flushing

I honestly loved this spot! The ambiance is beautiful, the decor is super cute with the floral walls, just a really nice vibe for hanging out. The staff were also great, super professional and friendly throughout the whole service. As for the food, definitely don't skip the appetizers. The octopus balls were a highlight, really tasty! We tried a bunch of desserts, and they really nailed the sweetness level; nothing was too sugary or heavy. I did feel like the Asian-style desserts (like the crepe cakes) were better than the American ones, so I’d recommend sticking to those. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I loved the vibes of this place! And the food and tea was so tasty as well. I got the purple yam mille crepes cake and the only white tea on the menu, and I loved both. I love that the tea came with a tea light candle warmer to keep it warm. The server was super helpful in helping me and my vegetarian friend find suitable dessert options because despite the menu outlining most desserts with gelatin, not all were mentioned on the menu. I did feel like the space between the tables was a little tight but it is NYC so I'm not surprised lol.

Beautiful afternoon tea experience! We ordered the Afternoon Tea for Two. The desserts were delicate, and the savory sandwiches were flavorful. Tea refills were unlimited, which was a nice touch. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service — a perfect spot for a relaxing date or a catch-up with friends.

Visiting Prince Tea House for the first time and I was genuinely surprised by how beautiful the atmosphere is. The place feels like a miniature European palace designed for afternoon tea lovers. I tried the brown sugar boba mille crepe cake, and it was absolutely phenomenal. I also had my eye on the taro flavor for the next time I am coming over. The fruit toast was delicious as well. If you’re stopping by alone, I recommend getting their afternoon tea set if you just want something light to munch on in the afternoon. I’m glad Flushing has such a lovely spot for sweets and desserts. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here almost every day for the past two weeks and always sat by the window. Today, a waitress I had never seen before spoke to me very rudely, saying that one person is not allowed to sit at a large table, even though the place had just opened and was not busy. I explained this had never been an issue before, but she insisted it was “the rule.” I left immediately and won’t be coming back. A good environment means nothing if the service is this poor. Loved once, but goodbye.
