The owner is great at what she does. She is passionate with what she does. I go here to get my hair cuts, hair color,and recently keratin treatment. She took her time with my keratin and paid attention to my hair. It came out excellent. 💯 Satisfied how my hair looks right now. The place is also very clean! I would recommend princess hair gallery. You won't regret it.

I've been to dozens and dozens of hairstylists across NYC, and I have to say that Jenny is my favorite! I'm a Korean American woman with thick, coarse hair that's wiry in some places and straight in others, so that means that unfortunately most hairstylists I've gone to in the US can't do my hair right and often complain about it too lol. It felt nearly impossible for me to find a hairstylist outside of South Korea who could make my hair look good (without burning a large hole in my wallet), but I'm sooo happy to have found Jenny. So far I've had my hair treated, trimmed and/or permed on multiple occasions and have always been pleased with the results. Her prices are also more affordable than some of the other stylists I've been to in the past. Highly recommend!!

Gigi is the best 🫶 update: gigi is still the best, but the prices have gotten steeep. $85 for a men+women haircut. also pay in cash so you don't have to pay the credit card tax 😭 edit: changed to 5 (from 4) Love it here 😛😛

I've been going here for two years and the owner cuts my hair everytime. She has this ability to understand the exact style I want and she executes it perfectly! I appreciate how she watches out for my hair health and doesn't do anything to damage it.

Went to get a $200 worth Japanese hair straight, the owner did my hair and half way through after putting on the application she asked if I did anything to my hair I told her I dyed it a couple of days ago and then she rushed me to wash my hair. Turns out the hair will melt and be completely damaged and I didn’t know that. She decided to go on with it and I told her why she didn’t ask me before putting on anything to begin with, and she said she was distracted due to other customers. She then tells me that it’s also my fault for not telling her and said that she is willing? to let me do it for free like WTH. I ended up not paying but as a customer I shouldn’t pay someone for messing up my hair. Now I have to wait for it to grow back. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Never going back here ever again.
