Progressive Martial Arts

Let me start off with I have NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY about this school and staff. From the front desk to the instructors this school has been amazing since day 1. My daughter had mentioned she wanted try martial arts because one of her friends at school does it. I said ok great let’s give it a try! I found this school on google not realizing how close to me it actually was which is a huge plus. Signed her up for the free trial on a Saturday morning she put up a little fight with me crying saying she didn’t want to go she was nervous! I reassured her it’s ok to be nervous and scared I understand but it’s just a trial. At least try it if you don’t like it it’s ok but you did it! She hesitated but agreed! After her 45 min class she came out smiling and with the happiest look on her face practically begging me to come back! Signed her up that day! I as well signed up for the self defense class with Ms Kathy and enjoyed it. I took advantage of the free month and loved it! So much that I signed myself up and have been here since June! Although our schedule is very busy I make sure to get my daughter to every class and try my best to make it as many days a week as I can! Fast forward a year later and my daughter has worked so hard she made it to her goal and made it into Black Belt Club!! We both cried happy tears when she received her letter of nomination! Coach Ivan and coach Carlos are amazing with her and they push her to her full potential and it definitely shows! I love the confidence that she has now and her personality is coming out more and she’s not as shy or less willing to try new things! It’s obvious they care about the students and make sure they work towards their goals! And after making it into BBC she has been more serious about her training and understands that while it can be fun it’s also serious and her attention has also gotten better and has had better focus at home and school. Her grades have sky rocketed! I honestly feel like yes it takes a village to raise a child and I think this is the extra push she needed to help her get there! We’re all happy to be a part of the PMA family and hopefully will remain here for many years!! Thank you to all of you guys!!

My daughter and wife both attend PMA and love it!!! My daughter has been here for about a year and she looks forward coming every class! I've never seen her so motivated!! Her and my wife both train at home! I also attended a free trial class and enjoyed it. I was offered a free month and took advantage and enjoyed my time. The trainers Carlos and Ivan were respectful knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and concerns that I had. Overall it was a great experience and I have nothing negative to say about this school.

PMA is amazing school with great coaches, and staff is amazing friendly, helpful, supportive and caring. We are very happy to be part of this wonderful community.

What a great school with a great group of coaches! From the minutes I signed my son up for a trial class, PMA has been friendly, welcoming, and always ready to invite our family to the fun out-of-class gatherings: Nerf Night! Picnics! Halloween parties! Since joining PMA, my son has been happier, healthier, and takes theor teachings to heart. He helps more around the house and he can't wait to get to class. His teachers make it a priority to spend time coaching each student during each class. I'm so happy to be part of the PMA family. If you are at all interested in martial arts, this is the place to go.

Our children love going to PMA. When our Girl scout Troop needed a class in self defense I knew they would be the best! Mrs.Kathy did a wonderful job talking to our scouts and teaching them emotional, mental and physical skills to keep themselves safe. Thank you!
