Ask for Claire Marcus. She figured out exactly what I wanted before I did! I booked with extremely short notice, and she didn't try to upsell me on anything. On the contrary, she gave me great advice on how to keep costs down and encouraged me to do things like using my reward points on flights and hotels. I called her a week before the trip she booked for me, and so far (it's only my first night) it's beyond perfect!

Ask for Phil Allen-he can get you anywhere on the planet as quickly as you need to be there! He's been the best at recommending hotels in remote and popular places. Highly recommend!! Booked a trip for two to Israel and cancelled because of the war going on there. They charged $700 in agency refund fees just to log on a computer and click some buttons.

We used this company and Erica two years ago for a trip to Italy. Since then we tried booking three trips through Erica. Each time her pricing was far out and her attitude was the same. She costs this company two trips.. and now she is costing them a third. I am not the type of person to leave a negative review but she deserves it and this company deserves to know who is representing them. Good luck Erica.

I was working with a referred agent by the name of Ruth Diamond. I would highly advise you not to use this company or her. She is very unprofessional and rude. I sent her my signed form to begin the process as well as a credit card for filing, and she told me she does not have time to book my honeymoon anymore. Now, she has my personal information, and she decided to back out after I sent her that information. The honeymoon is in December, and she told me on the phone that she has plenty of time. What a waste of time. Do not spend your time working with these people.
