The gym is very clean and spacious, but 1 there should be music all the time, the fact that there is no music from 1am to 5am which is the time we come with 3 friends doesn't seem fair to me, a regular volume doesn't seem bad to me, and those damn hooks on the machines should be solved once and for all, arrest and call the police on whoever takes them, or at a loss weld with a machine that includes that part for all the rats who steal those parts. It seems unfair to me to pay for a service and not have the basics. I hope you solve that please.

Meh. Gonna be honest the gyms kind of small even tho there's two floors. Also lack of grips. It's the layout of everything. Workers were cool. Locker rooms are clean.

By far the messiest gym I have been to in a while. People sit on machines, no one works in, there are no front desk staff or phone number to call so getting in for the first time was challenging & everyone is like 4’ tall.

I’ve been going to this gym since 2018. I hadn’t gone in five months because I was out of state, but when I came back after they “remodeled” it, honestly they completely ruined it. It was never the best gym, but unfortunately after they changed the name, it got worse. With the new entry system, everything is chaotic. Those capsule doors are a headache. It’s frustrating, and for people with phobias, it’s even worse. Only one capsule works to enter, so you have to wait just to get inside. Not even during COVID was it this bad. Imagine an emergency, how is everyone supposed to get out? They don’t even have an evacuation plan posted on the wall. People who don’t know where the other exits are wouldn’t know where to go. And to leave you also have to scan? It’s totally horrible. After almost 10 years going to that place, I canceled my membership and I only went twice with the new system. On top of that, they invested so much money in new equipment and none of it has hooks… what’s the point? It’s useless and just takes up space if you can’t even use

No hooks, no handles, no cable attachments. Want to use a machine? You’ll need to take a field trip to the front desk—where they treat basic gym gear like it’s top-secret government property. And here’s the best part: if you don’t have an ID on you? Too bad. No ID, no equipment. Period. They won’t even try to help, you just get a look like you’re the problem. Like you’re asking for too much… for expecting to use what you’re already paying for. And if you dare question it, they get annoyed with you. I didn’t know I needed a passport to use a tricep rope, Most of us have resorted to spending even more money to buy our own attachments just to be able to train properly. Because this gym? Clearly doesn’t care about members, only the monthly charge hitting your card. It’s laughable. It’s sad. It’s STUPID. If you’re thinking about joining, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
