We used Singh and his crew to redo a condo apartment in bayside queens. Singh was responsive, communicative and thorough throughout the process. I must say I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my life, but these guys are the best!!!!Singh is always there to answer the phone. They’re always supervising their guys and never leaving their jobs until it’s finished. My floors was done in one day ripping off two layers and replacing it with a brand new floors also replaced bad plywood that was rotted. I’m now hiring them to do my kitchen if I could give a 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a co-op in Queens and wanted to do a complete bathroom renovation, install a new kitchen floor, and complete a few other, small projects around my condo.  Singh not only provided a reasonable price, but he and his team also executed the project to my specifications, abided by the rules set forth by my building's Board, and worked to ensure I was satisfied.  I was unsure what to expect when tackling a construction project in NYC, but they handled my project with care and I am pleased with their work.  It was great hiring a local business such as Singh's, and I would do it again for any future home remodeling needs.
