Dr. Charlotten is one of the BEST ( if not the best, in my honest opinion!) doctors in NYC! He takes his time, is truly kind and understanding and very knowledgeable. His staff are friendly and we are so blessed by his practice

Kevin Charlotten is one of the best doctors in NYC. In my ten years experience he is good with both of my kids. He is friendly with kids. The staff are kind and helpful. They are already to help you anytime.

Dr. Kevin Charlotten is the best doctor I’ve ever had. We even kept him as our family doctor after moving an hour away. We tried another doctor but then decided to return to q care for Dr. Charlotten.

Terrible terrible experience. Gave me the wrong medicine that I asked for and didn’t do any lab testing to find the cause my infection. Btw, I signed up for dr Kevin but he never showed up, it was always a different doctor

If I could give zero stars I would, worst experience ever. The staff is always gossiping and not paying attention to their job. They got a nasty attitude, and they don’t wanna help. the doctor on the other hand,Doctor Martinez She always have a stinky attitude like everything bothers her. she don’t like to give explanation and when you ask her she looks at you like you’re stupid. Do me a favor if you really care about your health, do not go to this place is the worst place on earth
