So I had to upgrade my sim card in my Samsung Galaxy s8+. In the process i broke the tray inside the phone which sucked. Went to a local phone repair shop and was told he couldn't do it, so he referred me to Q-Tech fix. Arrived and the rep was friendly, wait time wasn't long took maybe half an hour issue resolved. They put in a new sim tray and I was back in business. Crazy how some of us rely on our phones, felt lost without it. Anyway later that day realized my phone wasn't reading my memory card, so I had to go back the next day, was told I needed a new card reader or something like that. So I'm thinking its kinda like a surgeon doing surgery. But at the end everything was fixed, it took over two hours but had no problems with that, I wanted it done right. Overall everything works as it should but only time will tell. No complaints reasonable prices.

Great place if you need your device repaired or need new device to purchase ! Highly recommend. :)

The technician, I’m not sure of his name is really nice and so is the other worker. She is multilingual too! I’ve had my screen fixed multiple times and recommend this store to friends and family. I try not to crack my phone, but when and if I do I come here. :) great customer service

they don't know how to fix a phone. They took 300$ for fix my phone and after 3 day phone doesn't work again. And they didn't fix my phone again and didn't give my money back. I report this store to customer support center.
