Filled out a form, gave them my Driver’s License and a few minutes later we were done with my COVID-19 Test! (A quick blood sample from finger tip + Q-Tip nasal insertion) I arrived around 10AM and there was no line! I was really glad other reviewers posted that it is a good idea to go early in the day. (That motivated me to go) I don’t know why anyone would give this place less than 5-Stars. Quick, efficient and amazing.

This place is awesome! Results came back super fast. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. We received a replicate results for my husband instead of my kid. Sent an email to them and it was sent within seconds! I do recommend to go at 8AM in order to be the first couple patients for the day.

I love this place I’m not sure why someone said it’s a nightmare. Honestly I just show up at a good time if I want things to be faster. This is the only place I know of that will test you and give you Covid results on the same day. After being seen it takes around 2hours to get your results. For the actual same day appointment generally you’ll wait from 30min-2hours on line outside but possibly less if you show up early. Also I am black and am still treated well by the staff tho they serve mostly Chinese and Korean, which is the demographic of flushing. Honestly to be on the safe side give yourself half the day, if you are traveling, for this especially if you don’t plan to show up near 9am. Considering the unique service I feel it is worth it.

I had done covid testings twice here, and although there is pretty much a line every time I go, the process is clear and easy. The nurses come out with forms for you to fill out while you're waiting on the line. Then they come back to collect them and you get called on in order of your place in line. The test was administered quickly and painlessly. If I had any questions, they were answered patiently. If you cooperate with them they will cooperate with you (that's everywhere we go, right?). Now they also offer vaccines and you can go there to make an appointment or stand in line for one. I have not had other services done there so this is the only experience I can speak truthfully of.

I went here for severe ear pain and had to spend 30 minutes arguing with the desk clerk about my insurance. She claimed my insurance doesn’t cover urgent care visits (it does and I even called my insurance company while I was there to verify it). She continued to argue about it; two other people in the lobby were also on their phones because she said their insurance wasn’t accepted either. Finally I just coughed up the $150 because I was in excruciating pain and didn’t want to keep dealing with her. The doctor saw me for maybe 5 minutes and forced me to do a COVID test even though I said I didn’t want or need one because I’d already done at home tests and my main complaint wasn’t even a symptom of COVID. She also said my ears were “fine,” and prescribed me a low dose antibiotic for 5 days and told me to come back if I wasn’t better. (I’ve never heard of only being prescribed an antibiotic for 5 days; always a week, 10 days, or 2 weeks). I went home and tried to lay down and assure myself “nothing was wrong” and I just had a minor respiratory infection like she said, but my ears hurt so bad I decided to go to another urgent care. I get there and lo and behold they had no issues with my insurance, said I had urgent care coverage, and just made me pay a copay. The doctor there was very compassionate and concerned about my pain and told me I had a sinus infection AND I had ear infections in BOTH EARS. The “doctor” at QAll said there was nothing wrong with my ears. This other urgent care said the ear infections were obvious and BAD with my ears literally oozing pus. They prescribed me a heavy duty antibiotic for 10 days and recommended I stay home from work for 3 days (QAll told me I was fine to work despite my debilitating pain). This clinic has the absolute worst service I’ve ever received at a medical facility. Not only did they rob me of $150, they misdiagnosed me probably in the hopes I’d definitely have to come back in 5 days to cough up more money. DO NOT GO HERE. You can rest assured I’ll be in touch again with my insurance company to fight and get my money back.
