The old lady don’t even know what she is doing. Their machine kept stop working without washing … wasted my money

This lady put some pieces of her wet clothes in some dryers in busy time to book them so that no one can use the dryers. Be careful with the old lady worker over there. She removes my clothes in the drying machine which is still running.

By far experienced the most rude lady behind the counter. I normally don’t have a hard time and my family comes here all the time but I have never felt so disrespected until today. I think her name is Kim (That’s what it says on my receipt). She was so rude, I asked a simple yes or no question, there was no reason for her to answer me like I’m dumb in a very rude way. Other people had agreed that she was a rude old lady that they don’t understand why she’s even working in customer service. If she hates her job then why is she there? Let someone else work there that actually knows how to treat their customers.

They have a recently started their own card system and one of their washer took money out two times $6.50 each when I used it only once. And they told me it’s my fault and also told me it happens. So I’m not the first one that happened and they received multiple complain about this. They are not willing to give my money back for their glitch.
