I have been going to this laundromat for years. It is the best laundromat in sunset park. The service is friendly, fast and efficient. Good prices and great staff.

I love this laundromat. I use the drop-off service, which is quick and reasonably priced. Clothes are always folded nicely and separated.

My go-to laundry mat since it is the closest and works well for me. I like that they have longer hours so I can get my laundry done later. The washing machine only has cold water (28 mins) and the dryer takes a bit more time— I usually put clothes to dry in for 30-45 minutes. Sometimes the machines doesn’t work well but the owner always help solve the issue. It’s a bit too warm for the summer, the fans are not enough. Overall, it does the job.

The washing machines charge $2.00 a cycle compared to $1.50 - 1.75 on nearby places, and the machines are old. Dryers don't dry much. Both dryers and washers would go out of service sometimes. On top of that, I saw the owner chase out a homeless person who's just keeping to himself in one of the chairs. The owner just started yelling about how because of his smell that she gets no customers. Keep in mind that it's on a Monday when business is low anyway. The owner made me uncomfortable for causing unnecessary fuss and chased the homeless person out.

Terrible customer service. My clothes were still wet after putting them in the drying machine. I told the lady but she didn’t help. Didn’t get a refund. I had to transfer all my wet clothes to another drying machine, paying extra money.
