Don’t understand the bad reviews, had a pleasant experience here. The employees were very helpful in helping me pack and send out my package even though I had a big package. People are forgetting that part of the price is packaging and handling of the package and then having UPS pick up from the store, which if you did it yourself would cost more.

This review is regarding the FedEx location at the end of the strip of stores. I have dropped off 3 boxes to be shipped, at different times and they all have arrived without issue.

You are operating a business to public but being late to open, has no basic ethics and respect to other's time. Definitely will not renew such a waste of time and the operating hour is a joke too for people who only has time on weekend. Store closes on sundays and not operating.

No receipt for accepting shipment. No service at all. Just found out that this place would not accept Fedex Ground Packages UNLESS the shipper pays $2 per package. Caveat Emptor.

It's 2024 and this location cannot scan a QR code. Unlike UPS, that scans, prints and gives you a receipt, FedEx is unable to do that. You hope that your return gets there
