I really wanted to like this place because the guy that did my service was amazing. I would give him 5 stars. The place itself and the manager was awful. I booked an 8 pm 9 days in advanced and had confirmation. When I arrived with my nephew, she said it would be half an hr wait. I came back at 8:40 and they were still not ready so services started AN HOUR after my appointment time. The sheet that covered me was disgustingly stained. And the package I booked was 120-Minute Full-Body Bliss for One or Couples * Head Massage * Eye Mask * Hand Mask * Neck & Shoulder Massage * Facial Scraping * Circulating Water Therapy * Traditional Chinese Medicine Hair Steaming * Full Essential Oil Massage What my nephew ended up getting was a mediocre massage for 120 mins and because my guy had asked, I at least got a hair wash. When I asked the manager why we didn’t receive anything else from our package, even though I showed her the package that we booked 3 times, she said why didn’t we say anything to our tech? My nephew didn’t know because this was a gift and I mentioned it again during my service and she just said OK. So I didn’t say anything else thinking it would eventually happen, until it didn’t. Then the manager said it was too busy and we got the time that we paid for. The price is good but you get what you pay for.

We booked a 2-hour body and head massage through Groupon, so it was discounted, which is fine, and I’ll start by saying the staff genuinely tried their best to give us a good service. That said, the overall experience was not what we expected. The spa itself is located in a basement and felt very cramped and dark. There were only curtains separating us from other customers, and the massage beds did not appear very clean. On top of that, the beds were not suitable for average height adults, our feet were literally touching the wall because the bed was too short. The body massage itself was decent, but I was genuinely confused about how the head massage portion would work since there was no visible sink in the room. Turns out, the sink was actually underneath the massage bed… the same bed we had been laying on. They washed our hair there, which was okay, but what really caught us off guard was being asked to sit on the bed afterward while they blow dried our hair in the same open curtained space. It felt very improvised… On top of that, there was an older man loudly coughing right outside the curtain the entire time. Again, the staff themselves were polite and did their best, but the setup and cleanliness were disappointing. If you’re booking through Groupon, just be very aware of what you’re paying for, this is definitely a “you get what you pay for” situation.

You get what you pay for. We were looking to a post dinner head massage and found this place had a groupon which I knew they would match. We walked into a sketchy basement and they did honor the groupon price (paid in cash) for a 40 min head massage. It was like a toddler rubbing my head and then pushing their body pressure into my neck, shoulders arms. No finesse or skill. I am thankful we got out of there without any major injury. Then they pressure us into giving a "minimum" tip! Everything felt gross and uncomfortable about this place.

If I could give a negative review, I’ll give this -10. This place was terrible. A total scam. I tried my best to keep my composure, but I was ready to go from the time I got on the table. The masseuse was very unprofessional, no skills whatsoever, they had the nerve to put lotion when I was supposed to have essential oils I ordered 120 minutes of bliss service. I got to the place at 7:12. My massage was supposed to start at 7 o’clock by 730. I was on the table at 8:15 they said my session was over , but that was two hours how they determined it was two hours was the fact that they had two people working on me and each person represented one hour this is one of the biggest scams ever. The owner was very rude and acted like she don’t speak any English, but she knew how to take peoples money , she convince you you don’t want the whole service. I’ll give you a two hour massage and it turned out to be 15 minutes of unprofessional catastrophes. The place stink is one small bathroom. It’s a basement it’s an old man that sits on the couch, and they just talk in Chinese all day long and there’s no quiet whatsoever , they laugh they giggle and they’re not present in the massage at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody at all for any reason the place needs to be shut down. It was disgusting I left and my body is still itching from whatever they used, but I have to go get in the tub now , I would warn you stay away

Don’t be scanned this place is a farce. I got gypped out of a good time. The lady had the nerve to say two people equals two hours when I paid for 120 minute session not a 50 minute session with two people working on me the experience was totally uncomfortable. The place was damp. It smelled like sweat it’s in a basement. There was no essential oils used my body is still itching. I need to take a shower. I don’t know what they used on me. I thought I was getting 120 minutes of bliss which includes head and neck, hands feet full body massage. I got none of the above none of the above.. I would not recommend this place to anybody. They actually need to be closed down. They have no skill set whatsoever. They just have anybody working on you. I doubt if anybody in there is license. They need to be investigated. They’re ripping you off with Groupon they’re ripping you off in the store when you pay cash and then they rip you off at the end when they demand a tip demand a tip. . If I could, I would give this place a -10. I’m never going back there if I can help it. I’m warning you.
