I had neck pain last Friday. The pain make me can’t even turn my neck and shoulder. I went to Quality Care. Walked in. They took me right away. The registration was quick. Staffs are friendly. Facility is clean. They provided massage, hot compress, acupuncture for the treatment. My neck pain release a lot after 1 visit. No pain at all next day. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back.

I like this PT and acupuncture office , they are very professional ! My husband had neck pain stiffness yesterday , can’t move his neck . I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. I waited a long time, and several people who arrived after me were seen before me without any explanation. I felt ignored and unwelcome. This is not the kind of care I expected, and unfortunately, I will never go again . Patients deserve to be treated with respect, and communication matters.
