Really good massage and acupuncture, recommend scheduling ahead of time

Recently, I had so much pain that I could not raise my arm or extend it back. My MRI report indicated a tear in my shoulder tendon. Hence my doctor referred me for acupuncture with Bin Cai. In my first session with Bin Cai, I found him to be very knowledgeable, personable and patient. After receiving his acupuncture and massage, I instantly felt better and knew I went to the right place for treatment. I continued seeing him for seven more sessions, and each time he is improving my condition. Based on my progress in just a month with Bin Cai, I am confident he will enable me to fully recover. I am very grateful to him, and recommend him highly.

I had a great experience on my first visit with the office. It was worth the wait. The front desk staffs are friendly and kind. The acupuncturist was professional. He has efficiently helped me with my chronic neck and back pain. I felt a lot better after the first treatment. The stretches relieved the pain and loosened the muscle. Thank you!! Dr. Cai is very professional and patient. He explained my issues clearly and answered my questions patiently. I love the massage part after the needle treatment too. Definitely the best acupuncturist!

I felt really uncomfortable during my visit. There’s no privacy my bare back was exposed during treatment while people waiting in line stood nearby, watching everything like I was on display. It was also loud, and the therapist spent a lot of time chatting with other people instead of focusing on my treatment. Overall, it felt unprofessional and disrespectful to patient comfort.
