Dr. Lam and her team are wonderful, she has achieved great results on my teeth. Dr. Lam is very knowledgeable and she explains what she’s doing and why it’s important. The staff is very friendly and professional. If your looking for a great orthodontist I highly recommend Dr. Lam.

I just finished my Invisalign with Dr. Lam and love how the results turned out. Her and her staff really made sure to do the best they could each step along the way. I also see her for my regular checkups and cleanings and everyone is very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The office is also clean, spacious, and set up well. I’ve been going to her for 6+ years and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Came in originally seeking for Invisalign treatment for my teeth. Staff were friendly and easy to get along with, and most importantly, professional. Dr. Lam was also very friendly, professional, and kind to me during the treatment process, and made my visits very enjoyable. Appointments are quick to be made, and staff are very organized with their work. Overall, very pleased with Quality Smile Dental and the people who work there.

She had spent around 5 minutes of her precious time to clean my teeth. Thank you! The first question she asked me was that who referred me to her dentistry. I told her I found it online, and I tried to explain the reason why I came to see her. She just ignored my talking and started complaining about the young man who seemed to do his intern or being a new staff. She then started cleaning my teeth while blaming the young man from beginning to end. She did not ask me a single question as to why I came to visit her clinic. This is the worst dentist I have ever seen. Wasted my time and insurance coverage. She needs to go back to school to learn some new skills about how to interact with the patients.
