I usually drive, but today I came to walk my dog to the park and also do my laundry, I didnt expect it was no dogs allowed. It took me 40 minutes of walking to carry my dog and laundry to this place and the front lady said no dogs allowed. I asked her can I just put it in the front washer which took like 3 min and I was out. The machine said $9.50 but the coin kept going back up so ended up eating $11.25.. the lady saw i put 2 quarters in and only gave me 50 cent back..... but I didn't say anything more because she let me in with my dog for 3 minutes... we went to the park to kill time and went back to dry. she wouldn't let us in... for the 1st time in my life I tied my pup on a pole and rushed out. I found the nearest dryer and stuffed everything in there because I was afraid my pup will get kid napped again. Luckily my brother finished school and came to get us with the car. As I was leaving I read a sign saying no dogs allowed for hygiene reason... I thought this was the biggest joke ever...one of the reasons I dont fold laundry in this laundromat is because, a while back when I was in high school I always came to this laundromat with my friend and one day while we were folding laundry there, there was a bed bug crawling on my friends dad's underwear... they should ban people who have bed bugs from comming in if they care so much about hygiene 😶. I would understand it more if it said it was because of allergic reasons only. And yes from the park to my house would be an hour to 1 hour 20 min walk. Anyways now I know no dogs allowed, but probably won't come here ever again. The security is very TIGHT.

My kids wanted to use the restroom, so I asked the man who is like a manager to get a key, but he said that it’s always opened so I can use it. I knocked the door for few times because I thought somebody was in there, but nobody responded. So I asked him again and he came up to me as if it‘s very annoying, checked the door and opened the door using a key. WITH USING A KEY!!!! It was very very bad experience! You have to get a permission to use the restroom! And they don’t let us to use the key! He is the only one person who has the key!

The staff is unfriendly, they don't update their business hours on Google, and after 8 PM, the staff prevents customers from leaving the laundromat. The washing machines also seem very old and don't work properly.

I don't recommend this laundry place. The machines are old and many are broken. The washing machines use very little water and are very dirty. The staff are rude and unfriendly. I won't be going back to this laundry place. So bad!
