Just now i m on the car service that theu send to me OMG driving like a horse and i been usong this company over 17yrs and this driver is non respect to customer i have a surgery leg he park far away want me to walk to him if i able walk far i don't need to call car service and yesterday i call to same place cost 15 dollars for one way ride and today is 18dollars tomorrow will be how much？？？And look his TLC License Expired 3Yrs Ago！

The Temu of car services… Called for a ride to JFK. Requested that the car not come right away rather in 25 minutes. 5 minutes later got a text and a call that the driver had arrived. Ok, not that big of a deal. Going to the airport a little early is not a bad thing Usually take an Uber on the return trip from JFK, but figured I’d give the car service a try. So I called after the plane landed while disembarking. Dispatcher gave me a great price and told me 15 minutes. Which is perfect because that’s exactly how long it takes to walk from the gate. Got the call from the driver 2 minutes later. Told him I just got off the plane and am walking out. “No problem just tell me the passenger pick up number when you exit”. After less than 15 minutes, walking out of the terminal into the rain, sent a text to the drivers phone number. Didn’t get a quick response so I called him to prevent disambiguation. No answer, phone goes to voicemail. After 10 minutes of not being able to contact the driver I called the dispatcher. She told me he left and offered another car in 20 minutes. That was nice of her… I’d rather pay a premium for greater reliability. Where’s my 5 dollar credit for not coming on time? I thought that was Temus policy? It’s cheaper yes. Is it clean, is it sanitary, is it low quality. Are they insured? Who knows this company has its place, but reliability is clearly not there

Worst Car service company. Those driver who works for them never educated, even their license is rented and their car is rented too. Drive will blame you when get in the car cuz they cannot read and find the right address. The complain you made, they never work on it, also their front desk curse you too. I hope some departments can take down this company.

I have used this car service twice, both pickup from the airport. While it has been a different driver each time, both were extremely rude. They always yell at you during pickup asking where you are, despite telling them which terminal you are at. The second driver was extremely unprofessional as well, constantly sighing throughout the car ride and sounding generally annoyed. And he would not unlock the car doors until you paid with a higher tip amount either! It seems that my experience is not uncommon for this car service. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I would suggest you to go to a different car service for a similar price and better treatment.
