I don’t know about bad reviews but my personal experience yesterday Was very good after calling three different supplies Asking for 3x2 1/2 black reducing bushing an 2 1/2 x1 1/2 same. n other things what the other supply don’t have I google supply around my area and I head this good attention they have all what I need thank you.

The owner / shopkeeper with glasses said he didn't know what a flushometer valve for toilet is and he had no idea how to get one or a replacement or a toilet. No effort to assist. No explanation of what plumbing he has in stock. It seemed that he just didn't want to bother even speaking. It was very odd.

The girl at the front counter is quite rude. i asked for a piece of plumbing and they told me they dont have it. she didnt even look at it. i had to show it to her again and she then rudely says dont have it. I ask if they can suggest a place where they might carried the part. totally ignors me. there was no other person at the store. i met someone else outside and they told me to go to Corona Plumbing which has the part. i will never go back to this place again for anything. I rather travel little further for a better place.

This place sucks first time a supplies store let customer do the carry. They ask you carry things like speak with a slave, really good manners Anyone go there please take some workers.
