100/10 Experience — Highly Recommend! I was shopping around under a tight deadline and needed to finalize and get a car within 3 days, and I honestly one of the best experiences!! From the moment I walked in, Luciano made everything smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Luciano was polite, humble, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the car in detail and worked hard to negotiate and get me the absolute best deal possible. He truly went above and beyond he even put a bow on my car, which made the moment extra special. What really stood out to me was how much they care about people, not just selling cars. I was there at night, and Luciano personally walked me to my car to make sure I got home safely, which says so much about his character. On top of that, he even dropped my car off at my home service you just don’t see anymore. This dealership doesn’t just sell cars; they treat you like family. Luciano is an amazing guy, and his boss Kevin is just as great. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for honesty, care, and an unbeatable experience, this is the place to go.

Me and my brother came to queens auto today to get us a new car. We have been met by Keven who has been more than helpful. He helped us find a great insurance company and gave us a an amazing deal on our new car. The prices on there cars are very reasonable and they look like brand new cars on the lot. Each car was super clean and shiny like they was in a showroom but it was outdoors. The manager was nice enough to by us lunch since we came in early to make sure we left with the car the same day. They are very patient and explain everything. We’ve been to a couple of other dealers in the past and Queens Auto beats them all!! They wasn’t just looking to sell us a car but knew how important it was to treat us like humans and walk us through every step. Thank you guys! Will be coming back for another car soon!

I don’t think I could recommend this place enough. Sure the atmospheres seem skeptical walking up the stairs but do not let it deter you. These people are looking to find your needs and make sure you leave happy. I absolutely did and I will be coming back for my next car 100% Mezz is a saint and truly made this a top notch experience, I’m glad he was there to help me out. I Had a great experience at this dealership, especially with the manager (Mez) who helped me get my car. He went above and beyond and made the whole process super easy. All I had to do was provide my information and he handled everything else. Communication was really good the entire time. He clearly explained what was needed, what the next steps were, and how he was working to help me. I never felt confused or left wondering what was going on. I also asked if I could get my car a week earlier than the original date, and he made it happen. When I arrived, everything was ready, and he was still professional, prepared, and easy to work with.
