Welcome to Queens Borough Adult Day Care Center! We provide a comfortable social environment for senior citizens with Medicaid associated with a managed long-term care plan. Our daily program is designed to improve your physical, mental and emotional health, help you make good friends and learn new things in a warm, supportive atmosphere. In our modern and spacious facility, you can enjoy nutritious Glatt Kosher meals and snacks (with vegetarian options), yoga, aerobics and Zumba, outings and trips, arts and crafts, music and poetry concerts, sports, table, and trivia games, holiday and birthday celebrations. For you we also have a computer lab, library, and beauty salon. Free door-to-door transportation will bring you to the Center from any area of Queens and safely return you home after the program is over. The professional staff of Boulevard Adult Day Care Center will assist you with Medicaid application, food stamps, scheduling medical appointments and other important home care needs.
