I am very satisfied with my experience in this Dental office. The team is very professional in special mention: Dr Arkady Khaitov and Faruk his assistant. Also, the manager Rosa knew her work very well.

I'm sure if you read other comments about this place you'll find the same issues. The waiting time is either 4 mins or 40 mins. All depends on your luck, so bring a book... and a chair. If you go for a simple clean up, best believe they will have you do X-rays and other unnecessary stuff but necessary for THEM to get more money from you insurance. It's full service or nothing I guess.

I do not say this lightly -This is the worst dentist I have been to in my whole life. I was asked by the dental assistant if I am Muslim based on my last name and then interrogated about religion while I was sitting in the chair to get X-rays. It was very inappropriate and uncomfortable. She put X-ray vest on me,left for 20 min. Then brought me to the second room and left for an hour. Dr. Irina comes in after an hour and does the cleaning in 4 minutes. She barely did anything except move around tools in my mouth. Only my front two teeth were cleaned for my yearly checkup. Please do no come here and use your insurance to pay for a yearly cleaning. I have to wait another 6 months to actually do a proper cleaning. They are very inadequate and inappropriate to patients. This is the first time I have had to write a review for any medical doctor or dental service. It was horrendous. Walked in 3:30 for a 4pm appointment and left at 5:10. For a 4 minute cleaning and rude religious interrogation

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS... I would. Horrible HORRIBLE DENTAL TEAM. Incredibly slow to give records... nearly 2 weeks! and rude aggressive dentists. my teeth hurt after a cleaning. (they have never hurt like that before) I was in and out of the chair in 10-15 mins. no regard for cleanliness at all. Honestly better dentists in the area that accept insurances as well.

Worst dental experience ever. The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable — the chairs were visibly yellow and dirty. The assistant seemed completely untrained and clueless. The doctor rushed through my cleaning in barely five minutes, with no regard for my comfort. I kept raising my hand because I was in pain, but he ignored it. A Bangladeshi assistant took my x-ray in a rush, only to realize later that she hadn’t done it properly, so I had to go through it again. Shockingly, she didn’t even want to wear gloves. They were taking in patients one after another without cleaning or sanitizing anything in between. This place is unsanitary, careless, and downright dangerous. Please do yourself a favor and reconsider your visit or appointment — I would never go back.
