I’ve received treatment for a few months. I’ve been dropped three times by three different therapist because the therapist feels they’re not qualified enough to assist me. I made it very clear I looking for talk therapy to help myself. These people are being very difficult about this… I will be looking into medical negligence malpractice…

Absolutely horrible office staff. They schedule appointments you never make and cancel appointments you need last minute. They also will lie about your in network eligibility and bill as if you are out of network. They don’t pick up the phone. Stay away unless you actually want your mental health to get worse. The provider I saw NP Khan was great but the loop pools involved to get 2 -3 appointments was not worth the stress with dealing with the office staff. For one of my appointments I had to beg them to cancel another persons appointment to see the provider after they cancelled my appointment for no reason. If you really need help I beg you not to use this facility.

Was told we needed to pay a $50 “no show/late fee” for an appointment that was never confirmed. We were told prior the therapist couldn’t continue to meet with us because SHE would not be free on the day we needed which was fine as I then had already found someone better suited for our needs. We were then asked if we wanted to reschedule which I DID NOT RESPOND. I did not want to continue to bother with this place based off of reviews alone and the first experience with the therapist left such an awful impression, their system for response is also really confusing and not seamless. I reached out to support to ask them about this fee, I’m sure THEY can even see on their side that I never confirmed “reoccurring” sessions because there was nothing to confirm, THEY said she wouldn’t be available. To go ahead and continue sessions without my approval is bad business. Avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere else.

The texting communication was good at first. But later when I became a patient with them, the representatives did not pay attention to the messages and replied with repetitive questions. Maybe they use chatbot or A.I. and if that's the case then do they even care about patients? At the end they stopped responding the texts. And the phone is automated voice telling me to text them for a faster response. I have to look for a better doctor now because of the terrible job the reception / customer service does.

Therapist ELVISA ALIKADIC has no consideration for people’s time. We made several 10am appts and made sure to confirm them the day before just for her to change them to 5pm without notifying us. When we reach out to find out why we didn’t receive a link for our 10 am appt the virtual assistant says she changed the appt to 5pm. No email, no txt. A complete waste of our time.
