I met with Dr. Xu and found her very professional and pleasant. My daughter had recommend her. During our meeting she went over my dental situation and explained what my choices are. I was very pleased with everything she said I cannot wait to have my teeth fixed. The staff is very nice too. I recommend Dr. Xu to everyone.

I had my first ever appointment with Dr. Yu and it was great. I came in for a teeth cleaning but he also helped to take a close look at some tooth pain I had been experiencing recently. The whole time I felt Dr. Yu's genuine care and effort in every step he took. He has very gentle, precise hands and is thorough in his explanations which I really appreciate. If anyone is looking for a dentist I can not recommend this office enough.

Great experience, front desk staff very welcoming and respectful. The dental assistant was very gentle and understanding. The Doctor was outstanding, she was very understanding and compassionate, she explain everything clearly and she listen to your concerns and addressed each accordingly so you can understand. The facility very spaceous and clean. Normally I dont like dental offices but this experience overall was Excellent, I do recommend Queens Crossing Dental❤️💯

Dr. Yu and his staff were all so nice. One of the best dentist bedside manner I've experienced. He also does the cleaning himself and is very thorough in his comprehensive assessment. Would highly recommend!

This has been, without question, the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a dental office. I initially came in for two crown replacements. My existing crowns were removed and temporary crowns were placed, with a clear assurance that the permanent crowns would arrive by February 14th. Based on that timeline, I was advised I could confidently schedule the appointment and take time off work — which I did, despite working Saturdays and rearranging my schedule to accommodate their availability. Just days before the scheduled appointment, I received a call informing me that the shipment had been delayed and would not arrive until the following week. There was no meaningful apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to accommodate the disruption this caused. Patients structure their work schedules and income around these commitments. A last-minute cancellation due to shipping delays — especially when the office chooses to outsource lab work overseas — reflects poor planning and disregard for patients’ time. To make matters worse, during the placement of my temporary crowns, the dentist dripped white crown material onto my black sweatshirt. I was told not to worry and that it could simply be peeled off once dry. I trusted that guidance. Unfortunately, the material permanently stained my $200 Supreme sweatshirt. When I later raised this concern at my next visit, the dentist dismissed the issue outright and denied that it had happened. The lack of accountability and professionalism was deeply frustrating. Beyond the scheduling issues and damage to personal property, the overall experience was characterized by poor communication, substandard customer service, and an indifferent attitude toward patient concerns. For something as important and costly as dental work, patients deserve reliability, transparency, and respect. I cannot recommend this clinic. If you value quality craftsmanship, responsive service, and professional integrity, I strongly encourage you to seek care elsewhere.
