Super friendly staff that isn't pushy. Prices are reasonable. Call to make sure they're open before going, though. Website says they open at 7, sign on door says they open at 8, after making 2 failed trips so far this morning I can attest to the fact that neither is adhered to strictly. I kept a 5 star rating since this flexible hours policy seems to the be the norm in the neighborhood.

I live in the Bronx and I had a client next to forest Park. She works late so she left me her apt key hidden so I can arrive early and start working. I called the store and they agreed to take a phone order for me. So when I arrived I picked out the supplies I was going to need to complete the job. I then called my client who spoke to the associate and she dictated her CC # for payment. Very helpful. Made the process easy and are very accommodating.. Good Job guys!!!

Came in for help and Doug was not very helpful and very standoffish. No greetings, no smiles. You would think the store was full but it was empty so not sure why he was so prickly. When I asked a question about crazy glue and he said, “I’m not really sure what you’re doing so you’re going to have to figure it out yourself.” No inquisition or trying to understand, just dismissive. This is why AI is taking over customer service! Anyways, I bought my items but would look for another location or try supporting a local hardware shop because the service left much to be desired. But if you’re in a pinch - the store exists!
