Queens Super Laundromat

Used to like this laundromat but then I put my clothes in the dryer and it shredded my wardrobe.

Used to be good but not anymore. Most of the machine here are broken. The floor is always dirty.

Sad to see how these new owners are treating our community with this insane increase in price. As others have said, most machines are broken. I would say good luck finding one but with these new bump in prices a once busy laundromat is completely empty. Go ahead and pay more here than you need to when there are other more affordable laundromat’s nearby. Small machine went from $2 to $3.17 Medium went from $3 to $5.17 Large went from $6 to to $8.17 X-Large went from $8 to 12.17 $.30 extra if you want hot water 🤣 It’s all cashless now which I’m all for but not with those prices. Be ready to pay $2 for their new card that allows you to use their machines. Dryer went from .25 for 10 minutes to .27 for 6 minutes 😂 I’m all for businesses needing to make their profit, but they’re robbing you here compared to other laundromats around. They lost me as a customer after today. Do better

This used to be a great laundromat, went downhill super fast. When you come in more than half the machines are out of service or they block it for their drop offs. There’s a long wait Time just to get a machine. The employees are rude as well.. the place is always dirty and looks like they never clean up in there. Will be moving onto another laundry.

Absolutely agree with a previous review. This place absolutely went downhill very fast. Used to be great when it first opened. Now half the machines work and none of the carts work. Though the staff are very nice, I'm moving onto another laundromat. 2/2024 update One year after my original review update: it's clear the laundromat has no intention of repairing broken machines. Everytime I go, more and more are out of service. One out of about 10 of the standard sized washing machines are in working order.
