Louise was an amazing hygienist! One of the best hygienists I’ve met. He was very gentle, kind, and professional. My cleaning was smooth and comfortable, and my teeth feel so clean. The doctor and the staff are also very friendly and nice. I’ve been going there for almost 3 years now and always have a great experience. Highly recommend!

I usually get very anxious about going to the dentist, it’s always been scary and difficult for me. I don’t like needles or the noise, I have a hard time sitting still, and I get overwhelmed easily. But going to this dental office has been a completely different experience! I have four treatments to go, and I’ve already completed one that lasted four hours. That would normally be a nightmare for me, but everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable, they really helped me feel comfortable. I was able to follow what was happening during the procedure, which made a big difference. The hygienist, Luis, is extremely detail-oriented and very good at his job; gentle, careful, and reassuring. Dr. Nguyen is also incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell this office is committed to providing the best possible care. They’re equipped with cutting-edge technology, which really gave me confidence in the treatment process. One big plus: each treatment room has screens, including one on the ceiling! That may seem small, but for someone like me who deals with anxiety, having something to focus on made it so much easier to stay calm. I never thought I’d be recommending a dental office but this one, I absolutely do, without hesitation.

I can’t say enough good things about Queensboro Plaza Dental. Dr. Michael Nguyen took the time to explain things, stayed calm even when I was struggling with dental anxiety, and delivered exactly what he promised. I just had a molar crowned, and the result is excellent — the bite feels perfect, and I finally feel relief and trust. Dr. Nguyen took time to explain each step, share his overall vision, and lay out a thoughtful treatment plan focused on the health of my whole mouth, not just a single tooth. I have a lot of fear around dental visits, and was extremely nervous coming in, but from the first moment the staff made a huge difference. Daisy at the front desk was kind, patient, and reassuring when I literally walked in off the street without a referral, just because I was in pain. Sharida, the hygienist, was gentle, attentive, informative, and genuinely caring. X-rays are usually very difficult for me due to my bite configuration, and both dental assistants were incredibly patient, redoing them calmly until they were perfect. The office is also very responsive by text and email, which helped a lot. The ceiling TVs with fun movies were a surprisingly big help during long procedures. Office equipment feels modern, top-of-the-line and well thought out. This office treats you like a human, not a task. If you’re nervous about dental work, this is a place where you’ll feel truly supported.

Sherita, Dr. Nguyen, and the front staff are all excellent. I’ve only had exceptional care here, and would highly recommend this office for any dental needs. They are always kind, and if you are nervous like me quickly put you at ease. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. Overall 5/5

Excellent service. The receptionist Jazmin is literally so sweet and the reason I even ended up coming here. She helped me book an appointment and explained cost breakdowns in an easily digestible way. Dr Dan was also very thorough and was willing to answer all of my questions and provide clarity when needed. He was very gentle and talked me through everything he was doing. At checkout I was provided with all necessary paperwork and even a little dental care package with a toothbrush toothpaste and floss; I haven’t been to a dentist who has done that in a while so that was a nice surprise. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of which is important for me when it comes to any aspect of my health. I will definitely be back!
