I took my water damaged Macbook in at 11:00am and had my device diagnosed, repaired, and returned to me in an hour and a half! They were very transparent about the pricing & repairs needed, and took time to explain the process and timeline to me in the store. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to help me, total life-savers 🙏

Had my screen protector replaced for less than $20 and it was done in 5 minutes. They also fixed my power button and cleaned the phone for no extra charge. Highly recommend.

tameem had one of the only stores open in the blizzard. he went above and beyond in fixing my phone. cleaned it and made sure it worked and was tested before handing to me as a finish repaired product. he detailed the repairs he was going to make. was very proffesional and knoweledgeable. i appreciate him being open during the blizzard. and providing services that he didn’t need to provide. it was an overall good experience.

Great experience with an older MacBook air keyboard repair. Ended up repairing my trackpad as well. When the job was a day later than expected, they threw in a new battery as well. Good as new! Would recommend.
