Visited this spot to take my passport photo on 3/27/2022 in the morning. Service was efficient. I got two passport photos for $12. Didn't have to wait too long to get photo taken, the person who helped me showed me the photo to see if I was satisfied with it. They had a mirror available for you to fix anything before taking the photo. Owner and staff are nice.

This place is a pretty expensive photo place, but I got my passport photo taken here by the lady which is pretty kind and takes your photos while the man in comparison is more unprofessional and is overall worse then the lady. Finally, this is a pretty average place to take your photos.

I had a terrible experience here. They assumed I needed U.S. passport photos without confirming my requirements. When I returned and explained that the photos were not in the correct format for a Chinese passport, they denied responsibility and claimed they ask all customers about their specific needs, which was not true in my case. To make matters worse, they refused to correct their mistake and insisted I retake the photos at my own expense. It felt like they scammed me, taking my money without providing the service I needed. The staff, especially one lady, was extremely rude throughout the interaction. I highly recommend going elsewhere for passport photos, where they confirm your needs upfront and provide better customer service.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. They took the photo that wasn’t acceptable because they took the wrong size. I walked in the store and there were another 3 ladies with the same problem. The lady working here was very rude. She started yelling at the customers. My dad who is a heart patient had to come twice here. We are still here trying to fix this problem. The lady who is working here doesn’t want to call a manager.
