I had a great Experience with LASIK! Thank you Dr. Fong. After years of hesitation, I finally got laser eye surgery in mid-January—and I couldn’t be happier! The whole process was smooth and much faster than I expected. The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes with no pain or discomfort. Recovery was quick—I was back to work the next day. My vision was slightly foggy at first, but it cleared up within days. By my follow-up, everything was sharp and clear. Dr. Raymond Fong and his team were professional and reassuring throughout. I had lasik done at dr.fong office in April 2025. The staff and Elena explained the prep and all the details for the procedure in a month before. First, I had a consultation and then testing. After scheduling the surgery, it was a very well guided experience for me. Instructions were clear and I felt like I can see better again. I would def refer to people I know.

I really like the one male doctor here, but I no longer visit this location because the front desk staff are horrible and not helpful. This lady is small and with glasses. Every time I came here in the past, she had a bad attitude. She's mean and nasty. She singly messed up my relationship with the male doctor. He was the best there and still is, but I can't recommend this location. If the doctor personally calls me, I'll listen and work with him.

I've seen this ophthalmology many times, but this is the first time Raymond Fong has examined my eyes. I don't know he's a good doctor or not, but I know he's not a good boss. He aggressively commanded his assistant around like a slave.

Terrible customer services and unprofessional staff! My mom had an appointment for cataract surgery, but the doctor's surgery location was in the Bronx, which is more than an hour away from Brooklyn. This was not a problem because my mom’s insurance covered the transportation service, but the insurance required the doctor to fill out a form online for the patient, so that the patient could get a timely transportation service. When I called this office to inquire about the request, the person who answered the phone said, “we don't do this job and we won't do these things for patients.” That was incredible! My mom’s primary doctor and other doctor’s office are very cooperative with patients. We had the same situation before and they were very cooperative and helped us complete it. And it's a very simple to fill out a form online and only takes a few minutes, but they actually refused. It's obvious that they are lazy and they don't care about patients at all. Avoid this place!
